like books on my parents' shelves?
let us know!
plant the cactus garden
in the cactus garden is vehemently opposed to ads and is run entirely out of pocket and often at a loss.
help contribute to the cactus garden's mental health wine fund by donating to the garden.
you know, but only if you feel like it.

seeds is a multi-editored collection of short links and whatnot from across inter-globe-web-thing.
except for in the cases of specifically cited original content (i.e. personal photos, stories, etc.), the cactus garden claims no ownership to materials shared and only wishes to pass traffic on to other interesting, amusing, and entertaining interwebish places.
citing sources is important to kb, th, and sm and full references, as well original source links, are included with each post.

Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 12:00 PM personally, i wasn't the biggest fan of the movie julie & julia.
(i will admit that i watched it while being in a not-so-great state of mind. so maybe it was just me.)
however, it looks like the movie's biggest fan has been found.
watching the same movie every day for a year sounds rather depressing to me.

Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 8:30 AM ... so i guess coffee is the new religion?
either way, being able to test whether your coffee is really decaf or not seems a bit fanatical to me.
but hey, if it helps you sleep at night (or wakes you up in the morning), go for it.

Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 2:52 PM i have a lot of saved links and i'm trying to catch up on sorting them. i think it's a never-ending project, but that's okay.
it gives me something to do on the weekends when i'm brewing earl grey vodka and working on monday's m.f.k.f. recipe.
anyway, i just found this old link from last december.
all things considered, it doesn't seem like beef! replaced gourmet, but it may just feel that way because i'm in the u.s., not germany. either way, it still makes me laugh that there's a whole german magazine dedicated to beef.
excuse me, i mean beef!
